► What is the cost Estate Agents of becoming a Joint Equity Partner?
So you can see the benefits to your business but what will it cost you and your seller?
► How much does it cost to become a Joint Equity Estate Agent Partner?
The Joint Equity fees are reasonable and we have streamlined our fee structure following requests from our Agents. We now have a single fee structure instead of two options:
Joining Fee. One off fee for the Company
Annual Registration fee. Paid per office registered on 1st April each year. The 1st year fee is paid pro rata depending on month of joining.
Sale Completion fee. Paid only on successful completion of a Joint Equity sale
Please ask for our Estate Agents Information pack for the up to date fees. Here....
However, the fees are very low as we want you to sell more properties.
How much does it cost our Vendors?
Nothing.
However there is a £250 commitment fee which is fully refunded on completion.
